Can't get it in stores!
I live in Trinidad and Tobago. Really like my 4 gallon shop vac but haven't been able to get bags anywhere for the past several months. The reatailer I bought the vacuum from carried the bags for a while but doesn't anymore and the other stores that sell shop vacs don't carry this size bag. The vendor send it quickly and in a small package which was great cause it cuts down on my shipping cost.

If you buy the Shop Vac #2860010, these are the bags you will need. the other ones will not fit. These fit correctly and work great!
Shop Vac replacement bag
this item is not easy to find, since the vac is no longer manufactured. I'm happy to report this is the exact replacement for the 4 gal Shop Vac.
