5 inch filter
Purchased a new Lennox heating unit in December and spent the extra $100 for the larger filter system to be changed every 6 months. The dealer said the filters are available at the big box stores. Yes they are, by special order! Found these on Amazon at a much better price but you have to buy two.

exact replacement and I didn't have to go hunting for it at a local store (most don't have it anyhow)
